Women in Music Series/70's Rock Albums
2009-2011
"Women in Music" documents some of my favourite female musicians. In some cases, musicians from completely different music genres and times periods are brought together to create unusual pairings.
"70's Rock Albums" are a series of drawings that recreate album covers of bands such as Chicago and Yes. Recreating the album cover without text or title, transforms these images, allowing us to focus on the visual aesthetic of that time.
